Arrival & Transfer

Transfer to Kuramathi is arranged either via seaplane or by speedboat.

If you are travelling by seaplane, our airport hosts will greet you upon arrival, check you in for your seaplane and escort you to the seaplane terminal. The seaplane ride takes about 20 minutes and offers an unforgettable bird’s eye view of the stunning atolls below.

For our guests travelling by speedboat, our airport representatives will receive you and direct you to the boat as soon as it’s ready to depart. Boat transfers take approximately 75 to 90 minutes and run three times daily at set times.

Our hosts are available at the airport during transfer operational hours (generally from 06:30hrs to 17:00hrs).

At Kuramathi, check-in is at 14:00 hrs, check-out is at 12:00 hrs. Airport transfers to Kuramathi operates only during day time hours. Arrival and Departure flight details are required at least 72 hours prior to arrival date in order to arrange return transfers.

Dining

In addition to the three international buffet restaurants that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, Kuramathi has nine à la carte restaurants offering a range of cuisine to suit all palates. For couples, booking a Romance Dinner or a sumptuous Lobster Dinner on a secluded corner on the beach is ideal.

Water sports

Go on an adrenaline filled adventure while you play in the sparkling turquoise lagoon of Kuramathi. Our water sports caters to everyone’s needs from serene cruises on a catamaran, to vigorous wake boarding sessions. Engage in a wide range of non-motorised water sports including windsurfing, stand-up paddle surfing and kayaking. For those keen on thrill and excitement, try water skiing, banana rides or fun tubes.
