Day 1- Arrival

Dublin International Airport to Muscat International Airport where you’ll then fly to Istanbul Airport. From there you’ll receive a private transfer to Desert Nights Camp Nizwa.

Day 1-3-Desert Nights Camp Nizwa

Desert Nights Camp, the only luxury desert camp in Oman, is an ideal base for your Arabian Desert adventure, with spectacular craggy mountains in the distance, endless dunes and crystalline wadis. It is only a two hour drive away from Muscat, the capital of the Sultanate of Oman. Weather in Oman

Oman boasts a diverse climate shaped by its varied geography. Coastal areas, exemplified by the capital city Muscat, experience scorching summers with temperatures surpassing 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit) from June to September. Winters offer relief, with milder temperatures ranging from 15 to 25 degrees Celsius (59 to 77 degrees Fahrenheit). In the desert regions like the Wahiba Sands, summers bring extreme heat exceeding 45 degrees Celsius (113 degrees Fahrenheit), while winter daytime temperatures hover around 20 to 30 degrees Celsius (68 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit).

The mountainous Al Hajar range enjoys a more temperate climate, with cooler summers and winters featuring daytime temperatures of 20 to 30 degrees Celsius (68 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit). The southern region, including Salalah, experiences a unique monsoon season called Khareef from June to September, characterized by cooler temperatures, mist, and sporadic light rain.
