Gifts

1. Credit Notes can only be used against new bookings not on an existing booking with outstanding balance due.
2. Lost/Damaged/Stolen Credit Notes – The Travel Suite are not responsible for any lost/damaged/stolen Credit Notes.
3. Credit Notes are NOT redeemable against online bookings.
4. When making a booking the Credit Note must be presented.
5. All bookings are subject to availability and subject to change.
6. To use a Credit Note, formal ID of the Bearer eg. passport, drivers license may be requested.
7. The Travel Suite Credit Notes can only be redeemed when accompanied with a valid Travel Suite reference number.
8. Where a credit note is partially redeemed, the remaining credit will be issued in the form of a credit note.

1. Travel vouchers can only be used against new bookings not on an existing booking with outstanding balance due.
2. You must be 18 years or over to purchase all Travel vouchers.
3. Lost/Damaged/Stolen Travel vouchers – The Travel Suite are not responsible for any lost/damaged/stolen Travel vouchers.
4. Travel Vouchers are redeemable against a Travel Suite Package holiday only. A package holiday consists of a flight and hotel, or a Cruise Package including flights.
5. Travel Vouchers are NOT redeemable against online bookings.
6. All Travel Vouchers must be used in full. No change or voucher for unused difference can be issued.
7. When making a booking the Travel Voucher must be presented. The value will be deducted from your invoice total & cannot be used for deposit.
8. All bookings are subject to availability and subject to change.
9. To use a Travel Voucher, formal ID of the Bearer eg. passport, drivers license may be requested.
10. No cash equivalent can be given.
11. Travel Vouchers are valid from the day of purchase until the expiry date which will be stated on the voucher.
12. Minimum of 2 people per booking when using a Travel voucher & will NOT be extended beyond the expiry date.
13. The Travel Suite Travel Vouchers can only be redeemed when accompanied with a valid Travel Suite Travel reference number.
14. This Voucher is redeemable against a minimum spend of €2,500
