Credit Notes

• Credit Notes can only be used against new bookings, not against an existing booking with an outstanding balance.
• The Travel Suite is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen Credit Notes.
• Credit Notes are NOT redeemable against online bookings.
• When making a booking, the Credit Note must be presented.
• All bookings are subject to availability and subject to change.
• Formal ID (e.g. passport or driver’s licence) may be requested when redeeming a Credit Note.
• Credit Notes can only be redeemed when accompanied by a valid Travel Suite reference number.
• Where a Credit Note is partially redeemed, the remaining credit will be issued as a new Credit Note.

Travel Vouchers

• You must be 18 years or over to purchase Travel Vouchers.
• Travel Vouchers are redeemable against a Travel Suite Package holiday only (flight + hotel, or cruise package including flights).
• Travel Vouchers are NOT redeemable against online bookings.
• All Travel Vouchers must be used in full. No change or voucher for unused difference will be issued.
• The value will be deducted from your invoice total and cannot be used for the deposit.
• No cash equivalent can be given.
• Travel Vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher and will NOT be extended.
• Minimum of 2 people per booking.
• Formal ID may be requested. A valid Travel Suite reference number is required.
• This Voucher is redeemable against a minimum spend of €2,500.
