EXPERIENCE UNPARALLELED LUXURY THIS YEAR @ Bahia Del Duque in Tenerife

".A little tip for all, we booked all our restaurants in advance through the Travel Suite so we were not disappointed upon arrival. Enjoy the sunshine, enjoy the gastronomy, enjoy the break."

There are no shortage of restaurants in Bahia del Duque, and each and everyone of them are so well positioned and offer such a great range of choice. My favourite of all is the Beach Club. We got an early flight over to Tenerife, 7am, arriving in at 12.30, and sitting in the Beach Club by 2. What better way to start your holiday eating fabulous food overlooking the sea. They have fish galore, burgers, salads, Paella and more. We were there 3 times over the week and never tired of it. It is perfect for lunch watching the world go by in glorious sunshine.

For dinner our favourite was La Brasserie. The service, wine list and specialities were top class, choosing the Chateau Briand for 2, cooked to perfection, and sole for 1, delicious. Another top class restaurant there was Kensei. This Japanese restaurant leaves no stone unturned. The decor of the restaurant was stunning and the staff incredible. If you like Japanese food you won’t be disappointed, they even do a tasting menu if that is what you fancy. You will pay a little more here but it is worth it.

We were staying in the villas in Bahia del Duque and had breakfast on the Gastro terrace by the pool every morning. Great coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, every type of egg, a super range of fruit, cheeses and meats. There is a buffet in the main hotel which is excellent too in El Bernegal.

Then you have the Hacienda, and Sua, Spanish style restaurants, La Trattoria, Italian restaurant with great pizzas, pastas and bruschettas, and Alisios Market Food which does daily specials.

If that is not enough of a selection for choice NUB is Bahia del Duque’s little gem, the Michelin star’s chef will delight you with a fusion of European and Latin American delights.

What Bahia have done well is offered their guests such a great selection of choice that you dont have to leave this wonderful property. A little tip for all, we booked all our restaurants in advance through the Travel Suite so we were not disappointed upon arrival. Enjoy the sunshine, enjoy the gastronomy, enjoy the break.
