Day 1 – Saturday 17 October 2026: Dublin to Cologne, Germany – Embarkation
Fly to Cologne with return flights and transfers included. On arrival, transfer to the river port and board MS Emily Brontë. Settle into your Standard Suite and enjoy your first evening onboard, with All-Inclusive drinks available as you begin your Rhine journey.

Day 2 – Sunday 18 October 2026: Koblenz, Germany
Enjoy a relaxing morning sailing along the Rhine before arriving in Koblenz. After lunch onboard, take a guided tour of the city, located at the confluence of the Rhine and Moselle rivers, known for its historic old town and riverside scenery.

Day 3 – Monday 19 October 2026: Rhine Gorge & Rüdesheim, Germany
Cruise through the dramatic Rhine Gorge, a UNESCO-listed stretch famous for steep vineyards, castles, and the legendary Lorelei Rock. Later, arrive in Rüdesheim, a classic Rhine wine village, where you can wander its charming streets and enjoy the local atmosphere.

Day 4 – Tuesday 20 October 2026: Speyer, Germany
After a leisurely morning sailing, arrive in Speyer. Visit the magnificent Imperial Cathedral, one of the largest Romanesque churches in Europe, and explore the historic town before returning onboard for an evening of dining and relaxation.

Day 5 – Wednesday 21 October 2026: Strasbourg, France
Cruise into Strasbourg, the capital of the Alsace region. This afternoon, enjoy a guided tour of the picturesque old town, with its canals, half-timbered houses, and iconic cathedral. Return to the ship for your evening meal and drinks.

Day 6 – Thursday 22 October 2026: Breisach & Black Forest or Alsace Wine Route
Arrive in Breisach, an ancient town overlooking the Rhine. Choose between an excursion through the scenic Black Forest to Freiburg or a drive along the Alsace Wine Route, known for its vineyards and storybook villages.

Day 7 – Friday 23 October 2026: Lucerne & Bernese Oberland, Switzerland
Travel by coach to Lucerne, where you’ll have time to explore its lakeside setting, historic bridges, and old town. Continue onward to the Bernese Oberland for a scenic rail journey through stunning Alpine landscapes, a highlight of the trip.

Day 8 – Saturday 24 October 2026: Return Home
After breakfast, say goodbye to the crew of MS Emily Brontë and transfer to the airport for your return flight home, concluding your 7-night All-Inclusive Rhine river cruise.
